In order to facilitate the placement of the college students (from the general/vocational/professional streams), as well as the students of other colleges in the region, a very dynamic Placement Cell, has been established on the campus. Under the aegis of this Cell, advertisements related to job opportunities, competitive examinations are displayed on the college notice boards. In order to make students aware of current trends and thus prepare them for the market needs, extension lectures by professional consultants and experts from the employment exchanges, reputed public and private organizations are held regularly on the campus. Training sessions to guide students on how to tackle job interviews are conducted periodically. The cell also organizes industrial trips to offer students a feel of the corporate sector and its nuances. Over the previous few sessions, around 20 reputed companies have periodically been coming to the college campus for placements.
