PROGRAMMING SKILL TEST COMPETITION

GMN College, Ambala Cantt organized a one day programming skill test competition on 8 April 2023, which saw the participation of 20 students. The event aimed to promote programming skills among the students and help them showcase their talents in the field of computer science. Sai Chandran of BCA I year was declared the winner of the competition, bagging the first prize for his exceptional programming skills. Bharti and Daler Singh were awarded the second and third prizes, respectively, for their outstanding performance in the competition. The prizes were given away by Dr. Seema Kansal, Officiating Principal, and Dr. Krishan Kumar, Director, Haryana Institute of Rural Development, Nilokheri. Dr. Surjeet Singh, Coordinator of the event, motivated the students and encouraged them to continue pursuing their passion for programming. Ms. Upinder Kaur (HOD, Computer Sc.), Ms. Neelam Keshver, and Mr. Vikram were also present at the event and appreciated the efforts put in by the students and the college administration for organizing such an event. The programming skill test competition was a great success, and it provided a platform for the students to showcase their skills and gain recognition for their hard work. The college administration congratulated all the participants and encouraged them to continue honing their programming skills. Overall, the event was a significant step towards promoting programming skills among the students, and it was successful in achieving its objectives.
